What is the minimum age at which a natural person can be held criminally liable under Dutch law?

In respect to the Framework Decision 2005/214, article 7, point 2, under f, Dutch law considers the age of twelve (12) the age at which a natural person can be held criminally liable.

Does the Netherlands accept cases of which the financial penalty is below EUR 70?

The Netherlands have decided not to implement article 7, point 2, under g (the financial penalty is below EUR 70 or the equivalent to that amount) and accepts financial penalties of all amounts both as executing and issuing state.

What languages does the Netherlands accept certificates in and what languages does the Netherlands correspond in?

In reference to article 16 of the Framework Decision 2005/214, the Netherlands accepts certificates in the Dutch and English language. Additionally, we preferably correspond in Dutch or English, but we also entertain correspondence in French and German.
